Justin Dauwels is an AI Lead at Dauwels & Co., where he helps clients turn advanced AI methods into practical solutions that fit their goals and context. With deep expertise in AI and a solid foundation in machine learning, signal processing, and big data, he combines scientific depth with a strong applied perspective.

His experience spans intelligent transportation, autonomous systems, and the analysis of human behaviour and physiology. He has also worked closely with start-ups, SMEs, public agencies, and multinational companies, supporting the practical application of data-driven methods across different contexts.

Drawing on experience across academia and industry, she supports the development of individuals, teams, and organizations with a practical, people-centered approach.

Her work focuses on helping people communicate with clarity and confidence across differences in expectations, communication styles, and professional backgrounds. She also supports teams in improving feedback, one-to-one conversations, group dynamics, and the constructive handling of tension or conflict.

Originally from Japan, Shoko has spent the past 20 years living and working abroad. This international background informs her work across a wide range of professional and cultural contexts.
